  The absolute worst place to ever go to my wife went there today to be seen for her bladder infection we both carry health insurance and the woman at the front was extremely unprofessional and rude short with no patience. I believe her name was Norma Woman with long curly hair my wife was there at 6:40 and she let her know she had insurance she wanted to charge her $140 which is not what our co-pay is. I've gone to LRUC for years but have never been treated so poorly. My wife's sister and our daughter were seen without insurance for $250.00 absolutely unheard of. 411 urgent care near the villages Is definitely worth the drive and they have several other locations between there in Wildwood... I sure hope someone in upper management handles this situation ASAP. I would rather go to the hospital than ever deal with the woman in the front ever again.

  We have been going to LRMC for years. The one thing I can say is the doctors truly have the patients best interest at heart. If anyone can give me one doctors office that is a hundred percent perfect, then by all means please do. Because i have visited numerous doctors and LRMC is the only place i rather go, than any emergency room. Thank you to all the staff at LRMC.., i know things get crazy at times but i know you all do your best for the care of every single person that walks through your door. We truly do not know what we would ever do without all of you. From the doctors, to the nurses, the front desk and the billing dept. You all show us how much you all care. God Bless you all!
