  The people are usually pretty nice. The problem was the lack of observation by them. We had an 11:30am appointment. Showed up ten minutes early and waited. Three sets of people with their children came in about ten-fifteen minutes after us. Out of those three, TWO were seen before us, yet we were there wayyy earlier than them. So that kind of upset us a little bit. At 12:20 we were put into a room. A nurse did her height and weight and said the next doctor will be in shortly. At 12:45 our baby was freaking out, bored and hungry. I had her father go and get her snacks. So not only could they hear the crying, they saw someone walking in and out of our room, and didn't bother to send the doctor in (which if they're with someone else, I understand.) but the worst part was when I went to the desk asking if someone would be coming and they looked like they had no idea we were there. This was at 12:52pm because I was tired of dealing with a crying baby. AGAIN, our appointment was at 11:30am. They said she'd be in shortly. 3 minutes later, the doctor comes in and says they put us in the wrong room, DIDN"T TELL HER, so she had no clue we were even there. We were the only room that didn't have a door shut. How could you put us in a different room, and not tell the doctor we were going to see, that the other room was full, so we are in there instead. I understand doctors office's take forever. I've had longer waits while I was pregnant. But there was NO ONE else in the waiting rooms. They forgot all about us, even though they heard the baby crying and us trying to calm her down. I will NEVER wait that long at that office again. I guess we have to pay attention to whose room we're in and make sure the doctors are told.
