- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Rothenberg was extremely rude and unprofessional. I spent 20 min filling out pt. information and he didnt't review any of it. He spent less than 2 min. with me and wouldn't answer questions about my treatment options or the reason he recommended a procedure over another. He left the room and said he would be right back but never did. His nurse came in to schedule the procedure and I told her that he said he was coming back to answer my question about another procedure. The nurse asked him to speak to me and he refused stating take it or leave it. I then received a bill for 250.00. 100 of which was a psychological test which was not performed. I called and questioned the charge. i was informed that the info I provided in the waiting room was a psych test. I informed the billing person that I was told this was information the Dr. required before my consult for an upper GI which recommended by my primary dr. Not only was this physician rude and pompous he also over billed and his staff misrepresented what I was filling out in the waiting room.January 23, 2017by A Google User
